Getting Here

The Vanadzor Museum of Fine Arts is conveniently located in the center of the City of Vanadzor near the downtown shopping district and several cafes and restaurants. Vanadzor is easily accessible from all directions and is approximately 90 minutes from Yerevan, 30 minutes from Dilijan, 45 minutes from Lake Sevan and approximately the half-way point between Yerevan and the majestic monasteries of Sanahin and Haghpat in the Lori Region.

From Yerevan take the Ashtarak Highway and following the signs to Vanadzor. Upon entering the City of Vanadzor, turn right over the bridge. Turn left onto Karen Demirjian street and continue until you reach the traffic light. Turn right at the light and turn left at the square (Tigran Medz Street)(the city hall will be in front of you). Continue on Tigran Medz until you reach the traffic circle. The Museum will be on the right.

From Yerevan take the Sevan Highway to Lake Sevan. Continue past Sevan and take the tunnel to Dilijan. Upon arriving at the square in Dilijan, take the left onto the upper road towards Vanadzor. Upon entering the City of Vanadzor, continue on the road until you reach the traffic circle. The Museum will be on your left as you enter the circle.

Take the main highway south. As you enter the City of Vanadzor, turn left and cross over the bridge. A Church on the left side near the bridge is a landmark. Go straight through the traffic circle and continue straight until you reach the next traffic circle. The Museum is located on the circle in front of you.
